Gabriele Grego has over 14 years of experience in finance and investment banking. In 2008 Gabriele founded Zanshin Capital, a wealth management company based in Tel Aviv, Israel and focusing on value investing through individually managed accounts. Prior to Zanshin, he served as Vice President at SFK, an Israeli financial conglomerate and advisory firm, overseeing numerous consulting projects in infrastructure, LBOs and real estate. Prior to that, he held a junior management position at Shell Oil as part of the Global Retail Strategy team. In 2001/2002 Gabriele served in an elite unit of the Paratroopers Division in the Israel Defense Forces.
He holds a BA in Economics from Tufts University and the London School of Economics, an MBA from SDA Bocconi and an executive degree on Value Investing from Columbia University.
Richard began his career in 2004 as an associate with Zukerberg Legal in Washington, D.C. focusing on civil litigation. From 2005 until 2007, Richard worked as an associate at White & Case LLP focusing on corporate law, cross-border transactions and collective investment vehicles. In 2007 Richard joined ISES (Marcol Group), a Luxembourg-based private equity fund where he served as head of legal and acquisitions. Richard also served as counsel and advisor for several private as well as institutional investors in structuring and investment allocation.
Richard received his law degree from the Charles University in Prague in 2003. He also holds an LLM degree from the University of Virginia School of Law and an MBA from Macquarie University in Sydney. As part of his curriculum, Richard also attended the University of Leuven School of Law and the Fisher School of Business.

Prior to joining QCM, Giordana worked at the Embassy of Italy in Tel Aviv as Project Manager in the Cultural Office, responsible for institutional relations. She has extensive experience in international relations, communications, fundraising and project management in both the private and public sector in the Unites States, Europe and Israel. She is the Head of the London School of Economics Alumni Association in Israel and is involved in several international networks and organizations.
Giordana received her MSc degree from the London School of Economics in International Relations and History and her BSc from University College London in Economics.
